About Virtual Classes

Dear all coordinators, asso. professors, lecturers, instructors, faculties and students

This is to inform that the virtual classes of the following group as per given schedule have to be launched from Bhadra 1st. So, all the coordinators should prepare schedule and inform to all the concerned.

BPH 2nd/4th/6th/8th-New classes

PCL/BNS/BSN-Revision classes

Points to be noticed

Subject teachers and coordinatrs have to inform the faculties/students by any means of communication.

Coordinators have to sent the class schedule to the  principal and cc to CEO through email.

The audio/video record of all the classes have to be presented when the college resumes.

Log books have to be managed properly.

Students attendance and faculties teaching hour attendance have to be managed properly by the subject teachers and coordinators respectivelly.

The revision classes can be launched maximum 2 hours daily or if required, time can be expanded by the coordinators.

The semesters classes have to be launched at least four hours per day.
